Attention Motor Carriers: Register for Port Manager

April 6, 2021

Dear GO!Port User:

We are pleased to introduce the new Port Manager portal for pre-advise creation. GO!Port will continue to be used for the North Charleston and Wando Welch Terminals. Port Manager is the only system of record for the new Hugh K. Leatherman terminal, which is now open. As such, the SC Ports Authority is requesting all motor carriers access Port Manager. Port Manager will ultimately replace GO!Port in the coming weeks for all terminals (note: inland ports will not be impacted ).

To access Port Manager, please click on the link below and login.

https://portmanager.scspa.com/

Enter your GO!Port username to proceed with the verification of your user account, then select Forgot Password.

Once your username has been submitted, an email with a verification code and a new link will be sent to the email address on file.

Use the link in the subsequent email to verify your account and choose a new password.

For more information about the system, please access support resources and training videos at:

A virtual training session is scheduled for Thursday, April 8 at 2:00 pm. Please click here to register.

If you should have any questions, please feel welcome to contact us at the Solutions Center.

Thank you for your business!

By accessing the South Carolina State Ports Authority’s (“SCPA”) terminals and Port Manager portal, you agree, covenant, represent, warrant, and certify that truck(s) used by you and your company at SCPA facilities have an engine year of 1994 or newer. You acknowledge and agree that the SCPA will conduct regular on terminal spot checks to verify engine year. Any truck that does not meet certification requirements must immediately exit the terminal and will be prohibited from re-entry.
