Registration Information:

Why do I need to bring a government-issued photo ID?

Port terminals are secure locations governed by Customs and Border Protection regulations.  All visitors must have a government-issued photo ID on their person while on our terminals.

How far in advance can I register for a tour?

Registration opens a week before the next scheduled tour.  Please check the website frequently to see when the next tour date is scheduled.

I'm trying to register for a tour next week, but I can't find it online.

If a tour isn't available online, registration has closed. Please consider participating at a later date.

Is there a way to register a group of people online?

Tour participants should register themselves individually in order to read and accept the liability waiver on the registration form. The maximum number of guests on a tour is 13, but each should register him/herself individually.

Are children permitted?

Tour attendees must be 18 years or older with a valid drivers license.

Do I have to bring the confirmation with me?

Please bring your email confirmation, either on your phone or a printed copy.

I need to cancel. Who can I contact?

If you need to cancel at any time, please contact cmccoy@scspa.com as soon as possible.

Can I book for a large group?

Our community tours can only accommodate up to 13 guests and are filled on a first-come basis.  Community tours are held quarterly; if the current tour is full, please check back next quarter.
