Hyundai 40HC Empties to Return to Origin Terminal
Beginning tomorrow, August 24, 2022, Hyundai Merchant Marine (HMM) 40' high cube dry empties should be returned to the terminal of origin. The Norfolk Southern railyard will not accept 40' high cube dry empties.
OOCL 20' and 40HC Empties Diverted to WWT
Beginning tomorrow, August 23, 2022, OOCL 20' standards and 40' high cube empties will be diverted to the Wando Welch Terminal (WWT). OOCL 20' and 40' open tops and flat racks will also be returned to the WWT beginning August 23, 2022.

Beginning Monday, August 22, 2022, all Maersk 40' and 45' empties will be diverted to the North Charleston Terminal (NCT). All reefers will return as normal.

Beginning tomorrow, August 20, 2022, CMA 40' high cube empties will be diverted to the North Charleston Terminal (NCT).
- CMA 40' HC diverted to NCT beginning 8/20/22 thur 8/23/22. WWT will not accept CMA 40' HC during this time.
OOCL 20' and 40' high cube Empties Diverted to NCT Beginning 8/19
On August 19, 2022, OOCL 20' standards and 40' high cube empties will be diverted to the North Charleston Terminal (NCT).
- OOCL 20 standard and 40 high cube empies return to NCT.
- 20' and 40' Open Tops and Flatracks return to NCT.
40 standard and reefers will continue going to Wando(WT).
CMA CGM and Maersk Empties Update - August 18, 2022
CMA to divert all 40' HC empties to NCT starting Saturday 8/20/2022 through Tuesday 8/23/2022.
Maersk to divert all 40' SC, 40' HC and 45’ empties to NCT starting Monday 8/22/2022.
Hyundai 40HC Empties Diverted to Norfolk Southern until further notice
Beginning August 18, 2022, Hyundai Merchant Marine (HMM) 40' high cube dry empties will not be accepted at WWT, NCT or HLT. All HMM 40' high cube dry empties will be diverted to the Norfolk Southern railyard until further notice.
- HMM 40' HC dry empties diverted to Norfolk Southern. WWT, NCT, and HLT will not accept HMM 40' HC dry empties during this time.
Effective 8/15/22 Removal of Placards Required Prior to Empty Return
Effective August 15, 2022, the removal of placards and markings is required prior to the return of empty containers to all SCPA terminals.
Empty returns with placards will be denied at WWT, NCT and HLT beginning Monday, August 15, 2022.

Hyundai 40HC Empties Diverted to Norfolk Southern Until 8/12
Beginning tomorrow, August 11, 2022, Hyundai Merchant Marine (HMM) 40' high cube dry empties will not be accepted at WWT, NCT or HLT. All HMM 40' high cube dry empties will be diverted to the Norfolk Southern railyard until close of business on Friday, August 12, 2022.
- HMM 40' HC dry empties diverted to Norfolk Southern 8/11-8/12. WWT, NCT, and HLT will not accept HMM 40' HC dry empties during this time.
Wan Hai 40' HC Empties Diverted to NCT Beginning 8/5
08/04/2022 - Beginning tomorrow, August 5, 2022, Wan Hai 40' high cube empties will be diverted to the North Charleston Terminal (NCT).
- Wan Hai 40' HC diverted to NCT beginning 8/5/22. WWT will not accept any Wan Hai empties.
