Accessing Navis N4 for Breakbulk Cargo

SC Ports is implementing a new operating system for breakbulk cargo at Columbus Street Terminal beginning August 31, 2026. Details are provided below.

The Navis N4 system will be live on August 31, 2026. Ocean Carriers, customs brokers and vessel agents can use Navis N4 to manage bills of lading and carrier holds and releases.

Cargo owners, freight forwarders and others will need to log into Navis N4 to create, view or edit a delivery order.

Navis N4 requires registration. If you have not received your credentials, please contact us.

All breakbulk cargo at Columbus Street Terminal will utilize Navis N4. Breakbulk cargo departing from or arriving at Wando Welch and North Charleston Terminals will also utilize Navis N4. 

Cargo Owners, freight forwarders, ocean carriers, customs brokers and vessel agents accessing breakbulk cargo at SC Ports will be impacted.
