SCPA Empty Update: Hapag Empties Diverted to HLT, Zim Empties Not Accepted

Beginning tomorrow, March 23, 2022, the South Carolina Ports Authority (SCPA) will not accept Zim empty returns at any marine terminal and all Hapag-Lloyd empty returns will be diverted to the Hugh Leatherman Terminal.

• Zim empty returns temporarily not accepted at any marine terminals
• All Hapag-Lloyd empty returns diverted to the Hugh Leatherman Terminal. Gate codes for all Hapag-Lloyd empty returns will need to be created in Port Manager.
