Wando Welch Terminal (WWT) is your premier connection to global markets. WWT is South Carolina Port’s largest container terminal at more than 400 total acres and moves approximately 78% of the port’s annual container volume. WWT handles container vessels of all sizes, but its cranes and wharf are specialized to handle three neo-Pamanax ships at one time with a maximum capability of handling vessels up to 20,000 TEU.
